Our room was very big, large bed, aircon worked. We ordered lunch from the restaurant downstairs, and it was amazing. We didn't get to use the pool area but it looked clean. We speak English and Spanish so luckily there was a lady behind the counter that speaks Spanish. Could be a bit difficult if you only speak English.

There's a very large pool and place for kids to play. The breakfast is fantastic with a station doing tapiocas and a great variety of cakes and other dishes.

The place is great. The only thing I would say is that this is a family hotel. There were activities for the children on the swimming pool area, and it looked like they were having a great time. We were 2 couples and couldn't really make use of the swimming pool for that reason. Not a big deal, but it would not have been my first choice of hotel for our group. Definetelly a great place for families with children 😀

The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool very nice and the hotel had different things to entertain their guests. They also had activities for kids happening when we were there.

Great breakfast with many choices & omelets orders. The swimming pool opens to late evening. The staff, especially Gabriel at the tour desk, offered us excellent help to book Uber. He speaks and writes English. The receptionist did not speak English. We relied on Google translate to communicate

Very nice hotel, with excellent breakfast. We stayed for two nights to visit Iguacu Falls. The Hotel is well located, free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

First and foremost, the staff! So accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was massive, all facilities were great and the breakfast was extensive. The hotel is so conveniently located near the Rodoviaria and only a short bus ride to the bus terminal for onward connections to Iguaçu Falls and to cross the border into Argentina.

Great pool with food/drink service. Breakfast buffet was huge and kids loved all the options.
